Guess Who's Joining the Brackets Club (Round 1 Pairing 1)
So I know we have two other brackets going on right now, but I had an idea and wanted to do it
I'll name two Pokémon and based off stats, abilities, move sets, typings, and gimmicks (along with whatever things I forgot) to determine who would win
Some of them I will choose personally as a pairing, but most of the pairings will be chosen by the draw of the hat
This is one of the hand selected ones
Cinderace vs Lopunny
I'm sure it's obvious why I chose them, but I'll explain anyways:

Okay.
So I personally have done some research, and a lot of it comes down to chance.
If it's just Cinderace versus Lopunny then Cinderace wins.
Its attack overpowers Lopunny's Defense and it out-runs it.
Use a Fighting move like High Jump Kick and it's over.
However, Mega Lopunny versus Cinderace, Mega Lopunny wins.
Out-runs Cinderace and its attack is way over Cinderace's defense.
Mega Lopunny versus G-Max Cinderace, though, is hard to say.
i think it would be pretty even but in the end Cinderace would win.
Max Fist to get Attack increase. Max Airsteam for a Speed boost. Both of those are super effective against Mega Lopuuny.
It feels obvious.
And Lopunny versus G-Max Cinderace?
Cinderace wins.
But, let's now consider chance.
If Cinderace has Libro and uses High Jump Kick that could be the end.
It becomes Fighting type and Lopunny tanks it, if possible, then it can then use a now super effective Play Rough.
If Mega Evolved it's over for Cinderace.
And what's more, if Cinderace misses, it takes all that damage and Lopunny Play Roughs then there is no chance for Cinderace.
But it could use something like Double Kick, it's super effective but now less damage and give Lopunny more chances to attack.
Nut, if Cinderace has Blaze then I see a higher chance of victory for it.
No held item Acrobatics on a Mega Lopunny is extremely powerful.
But to include held items in this would make more variables that I can't even begin to calculate.
We also have that Lopunny has the ability Cute Charm and if it and Cinderace are different genders then that gets rid of Cinderace's biggest advantage because it can't use physical attacks that much.
If I'm being honest, when I started typing this I thought my final answer would be Cinderace, but after doing all this I'm actually thinking Lopunny.
