probably because I never explained their specific personalities. Vera is kinda the cute girl, Whisper is loaded down by his past, Surge is hotheaded and ADHD, Katniss is deadpan and logical, Tidal is small but clever, and Cinder is fiery, competitive, and never loses hope.

Um… it just comes to me over time. They have backstories and a bunch of little quirks too.

Cinder used to live the street life, taking what he needed. But he wanted glory more, and then got caught by Leon on purpose, thinking he could become a Champion's Pokémon. Instead, he joined me, since he felt something click. (All back when he was Scorbunny). Some quirks: loves anything spicy, and has a crush on a Gardevoir named Calypso
Katniss lived in Kukui's lab as a Rowlet, and was Lillie's second favorite in the lab (other than Nebby), and ended up being given to me along with Rotom Dex. She used to be cheery, but saw things, and eventually reached the point of going mute from what she remembered. Quirks include liking the blues and sharpens arrows as a nervous habit
Tidal was a Tatsugiri that couldn't control Dondozo and therefore couldn't hunt like normal. However, he could spray down anything with enough water. He became determined to stand solo, but eventually decided a team can help. quirks include loving rock and being super bossy
Vera is considered one of the prettiest Eevee, and pretty clearly evolved into a Slyveon. However, her personality was totally different- impish, oddball, and energetic. Her feelers actually twitch constantly from extra energy she wants to get out. Quirks include loving sour gummies and flirting with Whisper
Surge lost his trainer to a Garchomp's Earthquake, which left him with a fear and hatred of Garchomp. His only possession left afterward was a Raichuite X, which he was determined to use as he was a street Pokémon. Quirks include loving Cheetos and a tendency to not wash
Whisper tried to save a girl from a landslide, but failed because the girl was scared of him, and then the other members of the village blamed him, saying he caused the landslide, and he lashed out, Rouge Mega Evolving to his own horror. Quirks include commonly daydreaming and liking candy
Rotom Dex is another story, and so is Calypso.2 -
I have Sword and Shield on my mind
Everyone thinks Leon and Raihan are dating, but they are just best friends (who often argue but also touch each other a lot)
They meet up every Friday for lunch
Also, after Raihan found out how cool Piers is, he invited him to one of him and Leon's get togethers
Leon was like "Hey, you're actually pretty cool" and Piers was like "Oh, thanks" and after that he joined them and they became a trio
When Leon and Raihan (now including Piers) plan a get together, Raihan and Piers secretly plan a different time and give Leon a time hours before their agreed time because Leon always gets lost and takes hours to find his way to them
Also, Peony meet my (my character's) Mom and them two are now good friends and since I don't have a Dad he adopts me without being romantic with my mom (because that's how life works, now)
