The only other non-Poison type in his team is Gyarados which is a reference to it being Lysandre's ace. Why does he have a Barbaracle.

Also what levels do they span at?

Lv. 63-65. They're in an area you can only access after beating the game and only two random ones spawn every few minutes.

I got two Challenger's tickets and made almost 187,000 Poké in one night.
Next should be the 15th match.

I wanted it to be a battle of Mega Zygarde vs. Mega Floette but Floette fainted of recoil damage before Zygarde could reach its 100% form. It did defeat Meganium and did some damage to Delphox before I switched it out, though.
This spoils something that happens in the middle of an important post-game battle and hints at a very late-game spoiler.
