In-Game Purchases Restricted, Help?

Hi all,

I am originally from the Netherlands where the game is being discontinued. However, for almost a year now, I live in the country of Italy where the game is not being banned in any way..

I play on an Android device and login with my Google Account. I changed my official address and payment profile both to Italy with my new address but when I want to buy Aeos gems in Pokemon Unite it says 'in-game purchases restricted'.

I haven't played in a while and recently started again, but I have tried for weeks now and can't buy anything in-game even though I want to..

Can anyone help me or point me in any direction on how to fix this? Would be very much appreciated, I really enjoy playing this game together with my son. His Google Account is linked to mine so I guess if I fix mine his will work for purchases as well..
