Complaints for who complained about Pokémon games in this forum

Recently, I noticed that there are too many complaints from some forum users for TCG Live and for Unite. They may make the developers so annoyed that they won't listen to us anymore. So, what can we do?

First, use the Report button to report players with a correct reason so that the developers can still hear you. (I haven't played the games mentioned above yet, so I don't know if those games have the Report button; that's my bad). When you are reporting, make sure that you are reporting the right player(s).

Second, complain as few times as possible. I know that everyone (including me) don't like being complained. However, if you need to complain, stay calm and don't say any player's name (Ask a moderator to learn more about why you shouldn't say their names).

Thirdly — as the last thing I can do — try to play better so that other players will play like you.

The 3 things above are what everyone can do instead of just complaining many times about the game. Do you know anything better? If so, talk to me in my profile page for this week. I believe that we can make our community better than ever!

I fundamentally disagree with this. The only influence customers and players can enact upon a company is either voicing their complaints or refusing to continue purchasing their products. Outright boycotting being the most extreme form.

These are not gifts given to us out of the goodness of the developers' hearts. They are products. It is a business transaction. And if the company making the game does not keep up their end of the bargain (delivering a quality product) their customers are free to complain, and if their needs are ultimately not met, they in turn may extract their side of the transaction (the money).

That said, I am not justifying outright abuse of company employees. They are still human beings (for now, though customer service representatives are increasingly being replaced with AI) and almost certainly not the ones responsible for the decisions that have led to your discontent. They are just doing their jobs.

So while hopefully all communication with the company and complaints posted online should at least be civil and constructive as possible, and it can get boring to read nothing but complaints all the time, customers fundamentally have a right to complain.

Indeed, not complaining and keeping your head down, while still buying the product, is a sure fire way to ensure that the problems will persist, if not worsen over time. It sends the message "keep doing what you're doing".
