Chapter One: Your Friend What?
It's a typical Saturday night. Me and my Charizard, Char, are flying through the black sky, enjoying the silence, the city below us empty. Out of nowhere, a blinding flash happens below us. Even so far up, I have to shield my eyes. When the shine disappears, a man's scream shatters the silent.
"Let's go," I shout at Char, and he dives down with quick, heading towards the source of the scream. As we get closer, we see green and pink lights. When we land, the lights are gone, but the man is still there. He's on the ground, rocking back and forth, mumbling to himself. I approach him carefully.
"Sir! Are you okay," I ask him, pulling him up and shaking him lightly.
The man doesn't seem like he knows I'm there, continuing his rant. "Malamar!"
"What," I ask, taken aback by the random exclamation.
"My friend, Malamar! I need to make it happy," he says, not really talking to me, still to himself. Suddenly, he shakes my hands off his shoulders, walking away.
"W-Wait," I yell, grabbing his wrist. "You don't seem okay. Let me get to a hospital. You don't seem mentally here."
The man just rips his wrist away from me, continuing to walk away. I start to chase him, but Char puts a wing out in front of me, growling softly, shaking its head.
"You're right," I sigh. "I can't help if he won't let me."
I watch the man as he turns to the right, leaving my sight.
"Alright, Char. Let's go home," I say, hopping on its back. Char spreads its wings and pushes off the ground, taking us home.

That's what I'm aiming for.
It may be spotty due to school but I hope to try to get it out within three days of the previous chapter.

Just write an idea and slowly add details and over time you could have something amazing!

100% accurate if you want to do it just try it if you need a place to start create the characters and their personalities and go from there

That's what I do.
I make a character and then base a story around them based on their vibe, expanding on each event and new character as I go.
I figure it out as it comes to me!

do you like to have begging and end planned or do you let it develop itself

I plan climatic moments vital to the story and based off the events that happened in them I determine how it should begin/end. Normally I like climatic endings, so that may be one of the dramatic scenes I envision. I normally wing it on the beginnings.
