Issue with Glaceon’s Ice Blade

As far as I know, Glaceon’s Ice Blade counts as an attack that should do extra damage to those with weakness to Water attacks, however it still only did the base 50 damage. Along with that, the Eevee Bag didn’t add the 10 damage that it was meant to.
