I use the Ice Tsareena ex to get my opponent's Pokémon to 30 HP. Vanilluxe makes it to where any opposing Pokémon with 40 HP or less can't attack. With all of my opponent's Pokémon have so little health, Inteleon finishes the job easily. Plus the Munkidoris and Froslass get them out quicker. The only issue is I lose before I can set it up, but my trainers are pretty focused on getting cards, so I don't know why.
Any assistance will be most appreciated!

If you wouldn't mind reading this and giving it some modifications, I'd appreciate it.
I've read your decks and I respect your skills. I trust your opinion for these things.
I'm going to ask in my Mega Absol deck, as well.

I would find a way to put a Mega Kangskhan in there, remember how I said I'd use Kangaskhan for utility rather then attack?
Also, I'd replace Nemona with Lillie's determination
Lillie's determination is another great way to speed up your deck as playing her shuffles your hand into your deck and draws 6 new cards, but if you have 6 prize cards remaining…you can draw 8, use her and Mega Kangaskhan to get a hand of 10 cards early on to start setting up the lock down
Also, keep your opponent on the backstep, add the infamous Budew or Team Rocket's Chingaling, both are easily replaceable pokemon with free attacks that can stall your opponent. Budew blocks your opponent from playing items and Team rocket's Chingaling will randomly discard one of their cards and both require 0 energy
One more thing, Luxurious cape is a double edged sword here, yes…it boosts a pokemon's HP by 100 but this comes at a cost. If that pokemon is knocked out by anything, it counts as an EX pokemon being knocked out and can give your opponent a lead by 2 prize cards
And going back Pokemon for utility…Fezendipity EX
yes, it's a tired reused rehashed card, but Flip the script is too useful to not abuse, if your pokemon is KOed at any point…you may draw 3 extra cards on your turn
Deck speed and field control are necessary for setting up…especially for Tsareena and Vanniluxe's lock down

I'll try to add some of these, thank you!
About the Luxorius Cape, I only use that for Inteleon since I need it to finish the jobs. I want it to with-stand these Mega's attacks in case they heal or something happens and I can't set up Vanniluxe.
Once again, thank you for your time.

This did wonders for my deck!
It's mostly Lillie and Kangaskan that's doing the work, but it gets what I need!
I also added some Air Balloons and they help with getting non-water cards (like Kangaskan) out of the active spot.
The flow is so much better.
Thanks again.

glad it worked out, deck speed is important and while Nemona draws three…Kanga gives you 2 each turn and Lillie can draw 6 or 8 new cards
makes getting your key cards quick and easy
