Cant login to my pokemon center account wont receive password reset emails

Hi Everyone I entered an incorrect password on my pokemon center shop website and my account has locked im requesting a password reset email but nothing is coming through ive tried everything and not appearing in my junk folder or spam. Im trying to contact the pokemon center for help but getting no where due to the volume of orders people have made recently. Wondering if anyone has ever had this issue. I have added pokemon center to my safe search on hotmail however still have the same issue.
