Game will not update even when uninstalled and reinstalled

I am not sure what to do here, I haven't updated my ptcgl game on my pc since stellar crown and now it will not update to black blot and white flare no matter what I seem to do. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have uninstalled and downloaded the new installer 3 times now and it will not prompt the update, it still keeps trying to load in with the terapagos as the main card on screen and fails at 28/46 saying please retry loading the game.
