[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

Error 10099 keeps appearing

I am trying to log into Pokemon TCG live on my iPhone 16 pro max and keep getting error 10099 come up - any know fixes?

    Oh, EVERYONE is having this issue right now? I thought this was a random thing…okay…damn.

    This was a problem years ago and it had a solvable solution. I tried those same solutions but nothing is working. Has the company said anything about the issue or at least any word of an upcoming patch?
