    I am also having this same error. I've switched to Wi-Fi then to mobile data, cleared cache and data, uninstalled game and restarted phone. I'm now trying to navigate to the online profile, so that I may deny access for authorized apps. Not sure if that will work though.

    On PC, go to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\pokemon\Pokemon TCG Live, open the Player.log file and check if theres a line saying theres a missing file like '20250831_1700/ptbr.gzip' (likely an update file missing from the servers).
    Go to localization-cache folder, there should be other folders like the missing one, just create a copy of the most recent one changing the name to missing file. Now the game will be able to locate the missing file (even beign 'fake') and should launch.

    Even if this works I recommend reinstalling the app after an official fix comes out (if ever) so you dont miss the real update.

    Resolvi desta forma.

    Vai para C:\Usuarios<Seu_Usuario>\AppData\LocalRow\pokemon\Pokemon TCG Live, abre a pasta localization-cache, crie uma pasta com o seguinte nome "20250831_1700", abre a pasta acima e copia o arquivo "ptbr" e coloca o arquivo na pasta que vc criou
