Bug Report - Buzzwole EX can use Big Beat twice in a row

Buzzwole EX's Big Beat attack says "During your next turn, this pokemon can't use Big Beat". I was just in a match where my opponent used two benched Celesteela's to circumvent this. They used Ultra Thruster on one Celesteela to bench Buzzwole, then used the other Celesteela to make it active again. This allowed them to use Big Beat again despite having used it the previous turn.

Unfortunately, it’s a legal move. The block is only in effect when Buzzwole ex is in the active spot. Once they’re moved to the bench, the block is no longer in effect.
