    then they would lose their status of being powerful and rare since there is no weaker or more common pokemon than those since you get rid of the whole rest of the dex

    Would thatr mean the regular pokemon turned into said pokemon, or all spawns were said pokemon? What i mean is like instead of Pichu, there would be like niheligo or something or a ultra beast/mythical/legendary version of pichu?

    Do you mean stuff like Skuntank turn into a legendary Pokémon and Dragonite into a Mythical Pokémon? Or something else?
