Game-breaking bug with Gardevoir ex

Game froze when I played all but one energy from discard with Gardevoir ex's ability. That one energy card floated in the middle of my hand area and prevented me from using any abilities or attacking, freezing the game and forcing me to concede. There was also an instance where my turn timer started counting down before my opponent's turn was finished, and my turn passed instantly as the timer reached 0 within 0.3 seconds.
