[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

The Pokémon TCG Live game client will be offline for maintenance from 15:00 ~ 23:00 (UTC) on August 19, 2025.
Please see the Version 1.29.0 Patch Notes for more information on fixes and changes.

The Code Card Redemption Website will be offline briefly during the above maintenance window, from 15:00 ~ 17:00 (UTC).
During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

Error 10099

Does anyone have a fix for error 10099? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running repair, log out of all accounts then log back in, changing time zones, restarting PC, and anything that has ever been posted about this error. It was working fine for over a month on my PC then all of a sudden I can't get past the error 10099. The game still works fine on my phone so, I don't understand what's going on. If anyone knows a fix, please let me know.
