Opponnent Pokemon does not receive demage counter

During a match, when my opponent evolved a Drakloak into Dragapult ex, all damage counters that were on that Pokémon disappeared.
Then, when my opponent moved this Dragapult ex to the Active Spot, I attacked with my Grimmsnarl ex for 180 damage, but the game did not add any damage counters to it.
As a result, Dragapult ex remained with 0 (zero) damage counters even after the attack.

The opponent did not use any item to heal yours pokemons.

I also have a photo with the battle logs and the Dragapult ex in the active spot with no damage counter. I was not able to share the image, received `Permission Denied`
