The Pokémon TCG Live game client will be offline for maintenance from 15:00 ~ 23:00 (UTC) on August 19, 2025.

The Code Card Redemption Website will be offline briefly during the above maintenance window, from 15:00 ~ 17:00 (UTC).
During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

I need help for bug in tcg live PC

When I finish installing the game and try to open it, when choosing the language this appears:
"There was an issue loading Pokemon TCG Live. Please try again. ERROR:[0]
I need help!

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
