The card text clearly states that you may move fire energy between your Pokemon as many times as you would like. However, colorless special energy such as prism energy are also able to be moved. Is this a ruled upon, intended mechanic? Thanks in advance

Prism energy is able to provide any kind of energy while attached to a basic. Because it can provide fire energy, it can be moved as a fire energy could be moved as long as it's attached to a basic.
