Is there a way to figure out my SID without pokefinder and no shiny?

Hey, I was wondering because, I want a shiny starter in my emerald game on my GBA and I have no clue if I can find the SID. because I have no clue how to use pokefinder even with a tutorial it's just too confusing. Can you answer my question?

Edit: I'm so sorry I did not see this was on pokemon unite I thought it was just strategy and tactics

    No official way outside of using third party tools like PKHEX, which I'm not even sure supports older generation games.
