Cant use or find my card Zekrom ex i get at White & Voilet Thunder bolth

"Hello, I currently have a deck based on the Violet Whiteboard expansion in Pokémon TCG Live. However, I’m unable to add a certain card from that set to my deck. The card doesn’t show up when I search for it, and I can’t use it even though I own it. Could you kindly assist me in understanding why I’m unable to use or find this card when building my deck?"
