Is this poke gold stuff out yet or just a glitch

I wanna buy the umbreon/espeon bundle, but it’s not in the poke gold shop, how do I remedy this or do I have to use a android device, I’m just so confused…. Where can I go to report this issue if it’s not supposed to be happening
