I tried to use my redeem code but it didn't work because it said that I have used too many redeem codes. 😭

Please visit support.pokemon.com, select Pokémon TCG Pocket, and click “Contact Us” to submit a ticket.

How do I claim the codes?

Gift codes can’t be redeemed from within TCG Pocket app. You have to go into the official code redemption page to enter your support ID and gift code, here:
The gift will be added to your in-game account’s Gifts screen.
