Lost some cards due to the new battle pass

I opened the new battlepass without login in so a bug occured where all the cards I drew was black. I cant even see if the same multipled cards were changed to credits. Its very saddening when I restart and open it my cards were lacking. I had a lumileon V and 2 hisuain decidueye V and 1 hisuain decidueye Vmax , 3 birbarels and bidoof beforehand but when I opened it I only got the same amount except for my hisuain decidueye Vmax magically become 2. I should be getting 2 for lumilleon and 4 for the decidueyes and birbarels bidoof atleast. It makes me so sad. I wonder if my multiples copies even changed to credits now. Can ptcgl do a check on my account. My username is ArippAsri
