[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

I inserted around 10 codes into Pokémon live but I did not get the cards

I did what was on the card, but the cards didnt appear in my inventory. Is there someway i can get these codes back?

Are you sure you didn’t register them on PTCGO?
