Packs and Wonder Picks need a pity system

Card games are for all intents and purposes, a gacha. And every respectable gacha system has a pity system so the player knows how long until they can expect to get the character they want. Pocket needs this system so the player can not only expect until they hit pity but also so they know that they can't have an unlucky streak where they go dozens of wonder picks without getting the specific card they are after or know that they won't go dozens of packs without an EX.
For Wonder Picks, it should be easy enough to determine what card someone is going after in the pack. A pack of all normal filler cards with a single promo? It's pretty obvious the person is probably intending to try for the promo. A pack of filler cards but there is an EX the person has 0 or 1 copies of? They are going for the EX to finish their deck.
A pity system would make sense, give players peace of mind and all while being easy to implement
