Bug with Drakloak's (TWM 129/167) Recon Directive

Sometimes when you use Drakloak's Recon Directive something seems to cause a bug where your Recon Directive freezes briefly after making your selection and when this happens it seems to flip one of your cards in your deck where if you ever draw into that card your game no longer allows you to play anymore cards. If you play a card that shuffles your deck after this has happened there is also an invisible card and you can visibly see a card separated from the rest of your deck on the UI. This has been happening for months and it would be great if someone could take a look at this and see what causes this bug. I will try to attach screenshots and/or videos when the glitch happens again.
