Random Red Ping During Games

When I play games of unite (doesn't matter if it's ranked, quick play, or standard), I randomly get red ping. I'll be green ping for parts of the game, and then randomly go to red ping. This happens throughout the whole game and makes it impossible to play well. Other people on the same internet connection have perfect connection to the game and when other people play on their account on my switch 2 (the same device I'm using), they have perfect connection to the game. I'm convinced my account is some kind of shadowbanned. I need some kind of help fixing this issue. It makes no sense how other people on the same internet connection and on the same device, but a different account can have better connection than I do on my account.
