Deck Counter

I'm having an issue where everytime I make a deck, the very first match I run into a counter.

So I make a Grass Deck (Decidueye) and the match I run into is Fire. (Charizard) that cleanly OHKO's me.

So I change the Fire deck to say Psychic (with Alakazam and Oricorio) and then I queue into Dark type (Nihilego) or Metal Type (Solgaleo)

Then I try to change to Fighting and I queue into a Psychic.

Occasionally I run into Silvally so I thought of making Gengar to block Supporters, but after that I never run into Silvally aain.

I'm wonder if this is intentional or if anyone else has experienced this.
