Account recovery

Hi, I recently am unable to log back into my account because of some issue with the game where authentication error continued or pop up on the loading screen. I thought it was just an issue on my end so I offloaded and deleted and redownloaded the game thinking it would fix the issue. I even cleared the cache. However when I’m trying to log back into the game with my existing account linked to my Apple ID and Gmail I am unable to. I was level 50. I would really love to get some help getting my account back as it is linked to my Apple ID and I can still see the amount of data stored on my phone. Please please help 🙏
