Store Glitch?

Hey, so I just got an etb equivalent on tcg live and I got the box, sleeves, and promo, but I didn't get the 10 packs. Is anyone else having this problem? Username in game is Apex_Titan if anyone wants to know.

It's not a bug, that's how they intended it to be, in TCG Live was always like that.

The code card that comes in a physical etb only gives you the sleeves and such, but the digital one that you buy with crystals (I refuse to call them trainer points) should give you 10 packs along with it.
