Battle pass rewards not redeemed

Bought 30 levels of the pass and it didn't give me the rewards, what can I do?
Already tried :
- Closing the app and opening
- Closing my profile and sign in again
- Restart my phone
- Gained a level with missions
- Buying another level
also already sent an reporto to support but haven't received response.
