Battle pass rewards not redeemed

Bought 30 levels of the pass and it didn't give me the rewards, what can I do?

Already tried :

  • Closing the app and opening
  • Closing my profile and sign in again
  • Restart my phone
  • Gained a level with missions
  • Buying another level

also already sent an reporto to support but haven't received response.
