Why can’t you fix matchmaking?

other games and companies have managed to solve matchmaking. Your franchise is literally the most profitable franchise in the entire world. Why are you matching players with thousands of games alongside players with less than a few hundred on the same team? This is a no-brainer. Instead you throw your resources at hiring terrible forum moderators who censor our valid complaints with your terrible business practices. Unite has been operating for years and your ranked matches playerbase is deteriorating because you simply do not care about us. You only care about money.
