Mew. With a movepool like Mew's, I could do almost anything. And if there's something I can't do? I can just use transform to become something that can.

I was going to say Arceus but the idea of me having that much power feels terrifying and wrong.

Mew or Victini. Mew because, y'know, he can do pretty much anything, and Victini because magical insta-win. On the other hand, with insta-win powers, my friends would be kind of annoyed at me every time we played something : D
