What do you mean, 'Final Boss'? There's really no 'Final Boss' in The Pokémon Series, besides the champion. Do you mean which looks most like a final boss?

what are you talking about?????? and most Pokémon games there is no single Pokémon that is the final boss, legendaries are typically one of the last bosses, but not the final boss. the only game that has a Pokemon that can actually be considered a final boss is Legends Arceus with Dialga and Palkia.
