Time Stallers should be permanently banned from playing.

Player name: Afzafq was stalling every single move on their turn just to lose the game. They were using 55-59 seconds, making moves and using items to stall out the time once they realized that they lost the game. Surprising enough they have no skill and the only way that they can climb the ranks is by making people think that they got the timer glitch(where timer keeps running but really, you just got glitched and you lost the game for no reason), and when we do realize that we are not glitched and emotes, they would start time stalling. Please ban this player.
