Cannot locate Redeemed code packs and First Quick League Credits

Hello,
I've redeemed 4 code packs but never got the packs in game.
I also completed the First Quick League Rewards tier but only got the coin and not the 500 credits.
Are they located somewhere that I'm not aware of? I've checked the ingame inbox and nothing is in there. I've close and reopened the game and still the same.
Is this a bug?
