Allow ☆ and promo rarity versions of lower rarity Pokemon to fulfill 1, 2, 3 rarity missions

This is a very silly restriction, more like a bug: on solo missions to win with only 1, 2, and 3 diamond rarity Pokemon, full art and promo versions of the same lower rarity Pokemon do not count.

This is a pretty lazy implementation, and I imagine it's in place to avoid checking for whether a promo or ☆ rarity Pokemon has a lower rarity version, ex., Marshadow, of which I only have one normal version and one full art, and thus does not fulfill the conditions for the mission. I would like to see this improved upon in the future. It's annoying to have to have more copies of these Pokemon cards than required to fulfill solo missions of all things, when nothing between versions is different other than the artwork.

This needs to be implemented. Why should we be punished by not completing missions with Pokémon whose lowest rarity is 1/2/3 ♦️ but we only have higher rarity versions due to pack rolls? We shouldn't be forced to use different, less optimal cards just because we were lucky enough to get a higher rarity version.

Just spent about an hour making a post with all my suggestions and this was one of them. This is genuinely my biggest gripe about the game ngl

Also some promo cards have attacks exclusive to that promo card, why can we not use them? It’s not like they are absurdly overpowered or anything. The whole goal of the challenge criteria is to exclude ex Pokémon.
