Got 3 points but lose !!

Why got same 3 points same with opponent but I lose if I have no pokemon left on bench? I think it should be tie instead of lose becoz the points are equally.

It would appear that the rule that you mist have a pokemon on the bench takes priority over a tie in points. I appreciate you for trying to bring it to our attention though. But it does seem to be a rule you cannot break.

It seems like a logical tie breaker to me. If both players satisfy a win condition simultaneously but one also satisfies a lose condition, that player should lose.
