SIT Altaria bug

Encountered a bug with SIT Altaria. Opponent moved damage (210 worth, goes 10 at a time) for a considerable amount of time, at which point my 15 second game timer appears even though it is still their turn and they are doing game actions. Once elapsed and their attack finishes, your turn begins and ends immediately and the opponent is given a free turn.
