Pokemon Champions will be a game that will be mostly focused on battling. But what does this mean for vgc? It's a really interesting idea that (Hopefully) All pokemon from all regions will be in this game. So will Pokemon worlds be changed by pokemon champions by being the new game to play? And could ZA have an impact on this game? Let me know what you think!

I imagine it would be turn-based gameplay. I doubt Pokemon would be willing to permanently change their formula to that extent.

I hope it's turn based, because I have many questions about how some mechanics would work in the action based.

I double checked on the trailer. Turns out that legends Z-A is action based. The beginning of the end of turn based battles.

I looked at the trailer and they completely change the usual pokemon formula. Z-A is action based battle.

I know Z-A is action based. What I don't want is for pokémon champions to be action based. It feels like it'd be weird to play action based, and then what about priority moves? Speed stat? Weather? Status Afflictions? So many things would either be gone or changed enough to no longer be what I feel like is the charm of pokémon battling.
