Allow trading for 2 Stars or more

In a game called *Trading card Game* make no sense to not be able to trade all the cards.
The current trade system is too much limited, both for resources and restrictions.
Once a new pack releases, the old packs cards should be all tradeable mainly because they are all cosmetics, once you have an EX card, having the full art or Gold make no difference nor does give an advantage.
The same rarity limitation it's enough to make all the trades fair and prevent real money trades.
