Please allow pack points to be universal

As mentioned in the title, I am asking for pack points to be universal or even somewhat universal. It feels like such a waste for older packs' pack points to be just sitting there and with the super fast release of new sets, it would help players feel like they have a better chance of catching up. This would also help newer players get the older cards they may want without compromising by not opening new packs and thus also feeling like they are behind.
