Opponents time clock after disconnecting from client or stalling.

I am getting tired a people rage quitting/disconnecting/closing the program instead of forfeiting/or opening play and running down their play clock during the initial setup stages. Normally, I have to wait several minutes for the program to give me the win if they disconnect. I don't know all the options here or what is fair…but is it possible to code if the opponent gets disconnected from the client, then you get the win in a shorter time frame like 15/30 seconds (this could be standard but a disabled option for tourneys/training). Alternatively, if a player gets a 10 second warning, then the next timeframe is a significantly shorter (15 seconds?). Maybe I am just being impatient, but I thought it doesn't hurt to say something because it can get frustrating after several occurrences.

Thanks
