Will banned cards from Expanded be playable in GLC when it comes to PTCGL?

To my knowledge, TCG Live would allow these cards, as it is coded to follow the current community banlist. I don't know for sure, but if you want to be prepared, I'd say make a deck for either contingency. If they're allowed, go with the original plan, if not, you have a backup ready to go!
