Why can't I add certain pokemons to my deck (ranked play)?

I just pulled the Hoothoot (ASR TG12), but I can't add it to my deck. Same for Radiant Greninja. Can anyone help me understand why I can't add those to my decks?

The standard format for the next year. (2025-2026) came out yesterday (14th), and TGC Live follows the same format as the regular PLAY! tournament rules. You can only play cards from Scarlet & Violet marked with the 'G', 'H', or 'I' regulation stamp (that being the letter that's in the bottom left of the card). So only cards in Scarlet & Violet base set and onwards (or cards that have reprints in any of those sets) can be used.

You can still play the cards you said in your post, but it's only legal in the Expanded Beta in casual play.
