Why is my pokemon tcg live not loading on my phone?

It keeps on reseting when I click English.

My phone is not out of date and has storage and the app is updated. I cleared cache and force stopped the app and reseted my phone. Still nothing.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket.

Couple things to try…turn off auto detect settings under proxy and set date & time to automatic.
