Battle pass... works?

I haven't had any issue with the battle pass since new year, these last three days i was able to claim my battle pass rewards after finishing a game without having to close the client.
Does the same happen to everyone? did the developers finally found how to solve the issue or does the problem still exist in some devices?

It was always an intermittent issue, which is probably why it hasn't been fixed. I've never unexpectedly experienced it myself.
That it maybe you had a bad internet connection that caused it the entire time.
