Multi-type Decks and Evolution RNG Support

I am so tired of the boring meta constantly surrounding single type decks with mostly EX pokemon that don't evolve.

Please simply give us a sequential distribution of multi-type energy, and something to draw stage 1's from the deck

Rare Candy would be broken for sure, but something to at least get stage 1 consistency up would shift the meta in a much more dynamic way.
