Logging in troubles

Is anybody experiencing logging in troubles I made my account online after buying a pack of Pokemon cards told me I couldn't redeem until I started playing Pokemon live downloaded the app figured I'd check it out was not able to log in kept telling me my information was wrong I only had four attempts left before it locked my account I ended up recovering my username even though I just made the account and reset the password so I know both are correct I've uninstalled the app and cleared the data and cash from the app now when I try to to log in I put my information in and I hit login and then it all just disappears and goes back to the login screen like I never typed anything in anybody else having this issue how do I fix this
